When your church adds you and sends you a sign-in link, that link takes you to a page where you choose your password. It is a one-time setup step — after it, you sign in normally in the app.
- Open the link on your phone, if you can. It is the device you will use the app on.
- Choose a password (at least 8 characters), type it again, and tap Create password.
- Install the app if you have not already — the finished page has Open the SYNAI app and App Store / Google Play buttons. It is listed as SynaiConnect; on your phone the icon reads “Synai Community”. See Download and install.
- Sign in to the app with your email address and the password you just chose.
If the link does not work
- The link does not expire, but it works only once. If the page says Link unavailable and that the link has already been used, your password is already set — sign in to the app instead.
- It only works for the address it was sent to.
- If you already set a password, skip this and sign in to the app directly. Forgotten it? Reset it from the app’s sign-in screen.
