Your profile is how you appear to everyone else at your church — on messages you send, in group conversations, and against actions you take that others can see.
- Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. (If your role has no Settings, click your name at the very bottom of the sidebar instead and choose Profile.)
- Choose Profile. (Sign out and, if you belong to several organizations, the switcher are at the bottom of the same menu.)
- Edit your Name, Phone Number and Custom Titles & Roles. To change your password, click Change password and fill in Current password, New password (at least 8 characters) and Confirm new password.
- Click Save Changes. A new password takes effect with the same save.
What other people see
- Your name appears next to messages you send and in group chats.
- Your phone number is visible to your church’s admins for contact purposes.
- Your role is set by an Owner or Admin on the People page under Staff — you cannot change your own role. The Custom Titles & Roles on your profile (for example “Youth Pastor”) are labels only; they do not change what you can do.
