Delete your account

This permanently deletes your SYNAI Community profile and the data held about you. It cannot be undone.

Use the address your organization has on file for you.

We'll email you a link. Nothing is deleted until you open it.

Already have the app? It's faster there — tap the profile icon at the top right, then Details → Danger zone → Delete account.

Donation records are kept where tax law requires, with your name and contact details removed. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Organization owners can't delete from here or in the app — it would remove the whole organization. Sign in on the web and use Settings → Profile → Delete account, or email privacy@synaicore.com.
