Members use SynaiConnect through a phone app. It is where your church’s feed, your groups, events, giving and prayer all live.
- Open the app page on your phone.
- Follow the link for your phone — iPhone or Android.
- Install it.
- Set your password from the sign-in link your church emailed you, then sign in with that email address.
Signing in for the first time
If your church has sent you a sign-in link, use it to set a password first — see Members: set your password from an invite. If you have not had one, ask your church to send it: only they can add you.
If you cannot find it
- Search your phone’s app store for SynaiConnect rather than typing a web address. Once installed, it appears on your home screen as Synai Community.
- Very old phones may not be supported. If it will not install, your phone’s operating system is probably too old for it.
- Ask your church which email address they have for you — signing in only works with that one.
