- Open the app. On your home screen it is called Synai Community.
- Enter the email address your church has for you.
- Enter your password.
- Sign in.
When it will not let you in
- You are on the website, not the app. Member accounts do not work on the staff portal at all. Install the app — see Download and install.
- You never set a password. If your church sent you a sign-in link, that link is where your password gets set. Find that email.
- Wrong email address. Only the address your church holds for you will work. Ask them which one it is.
- Forgotten password. Tap Forgot password? on the app’s sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. This only works once you have set a password — if you never did, use your church’s sign-in link instead.
- Your church has not added you yet. Nobody can create a member account themselves — your church does it. If they have not, there is nothing to sign in to.
