Media is your church’s library — sermon recordings, music, photos and other video, audio and images you want to keep in one place and share.

  1. Open Media in the sidebar.
  2. Click the round + button (Add media).
  3. Choose Upload files.
  4. Pick your files, or drag them in.
  5. Press Upload (it shows the number of files). The window closes on its own when every file has finished.
  • You can upload video (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM), audio (MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG) and images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP), up to 5 GB per file and 20 files at a time.
  • Uploads count against your plan’s storage. When it is full, the upload window says so — see Change or cancel your plan.

After the upload

Every file is checked after it arrives: its length and size are read and a thumbnail is made. Until that finishes the file shows Processing… and cannot be played or shared yet. This is normal, it happens once per file, and nothing is lost while you wait. Files are not converted — they play in the format you uploaded.

Keeping it findable

  • Group related files into a project — a sermon series, an event, a season. New project is in the same + menu.
  • Give files a clear name — rename them before uploading, or afterwards from the file’s File details tab. "Sunday 12 January — full service" is worth the ten seconds; "IMG_4471" is not.
  • Media can be posted to the community feed so members see it in the app, which is a separate step from uploading.
