Every session you run is kept under History, with what was said and what it was translated into. It is the easiest way to get a sermon’s text, or to check what a congregation actually read.
- Open Live Translation and choose the History tab.
- Narrow the list with From and To if you are looking for a particular date.
- Open a session. It shows when it Started and Ended, its Length, the Spoken language, the Translations and the number of Words.
- Download a language’s text as TXT, JSON or CSV. TXT opens in a word processor; CSV opens in a spreadsheet.
- If a session says No transcript was saved for this session., no text was recorded for it.
- Changing the spoken language mid-service restarts captions, so that service can appear as two sessions.
- Anyone who can open Live Translation can download transcripts. Deleting a session needs permission to run Live Translation, and is only possible once the session has ended.
