SynaiConnect has two things you can pay for: a plan for your church, and Live Translation. You can hold either one or both, and add packs of extra texts, storage or translation hours on top. Everything else is included.
The plan: sized by your church
The plan is called Synai Platform, and it comes in three sizes: Starter, Growth and Ministry. What decides the size is how many people are in your People directory. For a church bigger than the largest plan, the pricing page shows a Let’s talk card instead of a price: contact us and we set it up with you.
There is no charge per person and no second limit inside the plan. Each size also includes a monthly allowance of SMS credits and an amount of media storage.
Included with your plan, with no limit
- Events and ticketing: as many events, registrations and attendees as you have
- Worship planning and scheduling: as many people on a rota as you need
- Giving: as many campaigns as you run, with donors and donations never capped
- Volunteering: as many serving teams and projects as you run
- Prayer requests, prayer series and church-wide fasts
- The member app
- Community (Connect): connect with as many partner churches as you like
- Marketplace: goods, services and jobs, with no cap
- Email and push notifications: never counted
What is measured
- Members: the people in your directory, against your plan’s size.
- SMS: one credit is one part of a text message, for each person it goes to. A part holds 160 characters, or 70 if the message contains an emoji or a letter such as ș or ț, so a long message uses several parts. Credits reset every month.
- Media storage: the files you upload.
- Translation hours: see below.
If you need more texts or more storage without moving up a plan, add Extra SMS or Extra storage. These are packs that sit on top of what your plan includes and renew with your subscription. On yearly billing a pack costs 12 times its monthly price.
Live Translation
Live Translation (Synai Translate) is sold as a monthly block of translation hours. You can buy it on its own, or as a Bundle with a plan. Running a session uses the hours. They reset every month, and unused hours do not roll over.
- Muting the microphone pauses the clock. While muted, nothing is transcribed, translated or counted.
- Translating a guest speaker who uses a third language is off unless SYNAI has turned it on for your church. While it runs it uses extra hours, and the Console says how many before you start it.
- When the hours run out, the session stops, even mid-service. There is never a charge for going over.
- Extra hours are a monthly pack on top of a translation block. They cannot be bought without a block.
Monthly or yearly
You choose monthly or yearly billing the first time you pay. Yearly costs less on every plan. Everything you hold is on one subscription with one renewal date: the day you first paid. On yearly billing, monthly allowances (SMS credits and translation hours) still reset every month.
Prices are in US dollars, before any discounts and tax. Your invoice is the amount actually charged. A promotion code, if you have one, is entered at checkout.

Prices are on the pricing page, and on your own Billing page next to what your church is actually using. They are deliberately not repeated here, because a number in a help article is a number that goes stale.
