Churches share links to giving pages, events, volunteer sign-ups, service plans and videos. None of them need an account. When one will not open, the page says why in a sentence or two.
If you were sent the link
| You see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Invalid or expired link | The church has switched this link off, or the campaign, event, project or plan is no longer open. Ask the church for an up-to-date link. |
| This link isn’t available | A shared video has been turned off, or the address is incomplete — check you copied all of it. |
| This event has already ended / was cancelled / is full | You cannot register for it any more. Ask the church whether there is a waiting list or another date. |
| You already joined this event | You are registered already. There is nothing more to do. |
| Signups are closed for this project | The church is not taking more volunteers for it. |

If you shared the link
- A giving page only opens while its campaign is Active (or Completed) and its Donation Page or Donation Page & Landing link is turned on. See Create a giving campaign.
- An event page needs Landing page or Sign-up link turned on, and registration needs Allow registration. When a paid event is full, its page stops taking payments — nobody is charged for a waiting-list place.
- Links keep the same address when you switch them off and on again, so a link printed last month works again once it is back on.
- Open the link yourself in a private browser window before you print or send it. That is exactly what a visitor will see.
