Every group has a conversation. Members open it in the app; staff can see and take part from the portal.
What can be sent
- Text messages
- Images
- Documents and other files
- Links, which open when tapped
The Attachments tab
Every file and image posted in the conversation is also collected in the group’s Attachments tab, along with any links staff add there with Add link. It is the answer to "someone posted the rota in here weeks ago" without scrolling back through the conversation.
Removing a message
Staff whose role includes Edit Groups can delete any message in a group, including one somebody else sent, and anyone can delete their own. Deleting removes it for everyone, not just for you. Being a group leader does not by itself let someone remove other people’s messages.
